Rob Orbell -Managing Director

Rob has been the 'Managing Director' of Carter Synergy (Formally CRRS) since 1996. He is also a 'Main Board Director' of the CTI Group. His main responsibilities are for Carter Synergy and KB Refrigeration.

Phil Hammond - Service Director

As 'Service Director' Phil is responsible for field engineering across all disciplines throughout the UK. Phil will create a uniform standard of Service and Maintenance for Refrigeration, HVAC, M&E, and Specialist Building Services.

Martin Langford - Sales & Marketing Director

As 'Sales and Marketing Director' Martin leads the Business Development Team to actively target new contracts for sales and maintenance business. He is also responsible for all external and internal communications.

Geoff Mills - Contracts Director

As 'Contracts Director' Geoff is responsible for design, refrigeration and building service projects, account management and all estimating.

Paul Mills - Compliance Director

As 'Compliance Director' Paul is responsible for implementing the whole company's environmental strategy. Formulating procedures that highlights the company's accountability to environmental issues like carbon usage, refrigerant regulations and usage, Health and Safety Legislation and much more. He is also responsible for QA, Training and I.T in the form of further developing our service management systems.
