At Carter Synergy, we are committed to achieving the highest levels of Health and Safety, both in the workplace, and out on the construction site.

We understand the necessity of sustaining such high standards in an ever-changing field. With constant review of current and future legislation's, our Health and Safety team ensure that both the company, and our clients, are exceeding expectations at all times.

All of our site staff are CSCS registered, this, coupled with BI yearly 'CDM' refresher courses provided for our Project Managers, ensures a full understanding of our Health and Safety responsibilities.

The company employ a 'Compliance Director' whom, with the support of a dedicated HSEQ Manager, deliver the necessary message across all levels of the business. Health and Safety is a top priority for Carter Synergy, and all of our clients, and fellow contractors, work safe in the knowledge of our expertise.
